ولايفوتنى ان انبه انه بعد استرجاع ايميلك
ان تتخذ الخطوات الاتيه:

1 - تغيير السؤال السرى والدوله المسجل بها .

2 - تغيير كلمة السر كما وضحت سابقا
وحفظ التغييرات فى مفكره خارجية
حتى لا يسرق
مرة أخرى

انصحك بتسطيب مضاد فيروسات ( نود 32 او avira لفعاليتهما و خفتهما على الجهاز ) و برنامج جدار ناري ( armornet) فربما يكون شخص ما زرع نظام تجسس في حاسوبك , كما انصحك بعدم فتح ايمايلات غير موثوقة المصدر بل احذفيها مباشرة دون فتحها. كما يمكن سرقة ايميلك اذ كنت تدخلين من حواسيب نوادي الانترنت او الجامعة و التي غالبا ما تكون غير مزودة بالحماية الكافية و هناك بعض الزبائن او طلبة من يقوم بوضع برامج key loger حتى يحصل على باسووردات الناس

واذا استطعتي ات تفرمتي الجهاز احسن حتى تزيلي كل ذرة شك لكن بعد انتهاء الفرمتة نزلي برامج الحماية قبل الدخول للنت.

يمكن في حد موجود بقائمة المسنجر تبعك هو الي بيسرق كلمة السر تبعك, تذكري اخر واحد بعثلك ايميل او اغنية او صورة اثناء المحادثة,
