Jesus' opinion was direct and obvious concerning marriage and divorce:
''It was also said, 'Whoever divorces his wife must give her a bill of divorce.'
But I say to you, whoever divorces his wife (unless the marriage is unlawful) causes her to commit adultery, and whoever marries a divorced woman commits adultery. ''
so the issue is not a matter of discussion...
BUT if anyone is not convinced with the concept of the christian marriage he shouldn't be obliged to get married in a church...he can have a civil marriage (which is not allowed in our countries...and this is bad)
