because he is also claiming to offer "For check your email!" service

they responded and said they will look into it

but it could have been an automated response.. i'm not sure

anyway... try to track down the real webhosting provider for this kid... i'm sure the hosting company will take him off quickly because this is a major CRIME against trademark laws
